WinRAR 3.70 Beta 2

The second beta of WinRAR 3.70 has been released , it fixes:
- incorrect extraction of files from ISO 9660 archives
- display status bar when converting archives
- problems with incorrect loading of previously saved settings when the file was not in the default directory “% appdata% \ WinRAR”

Also reported on the small "cosmetic" changes.
