Tariff "For Life" from Megaphone is over!

A few weeks ago, I wrote about how Megaphone in every way refused to change the tariff. I have left a lot of interesting comments. But everything turned out to be very simple. In one of the last comments, it was suggested to write a complaint appeal to the North-West branch, and from there my letter would be sent to my region. Unfortunately, my letter apparently did not forward anywhere. I found a statement on the tariff change on the site, filled it out, printed out the complaint appeal and went to the service center. I handed the girl a statement about changing the tariff with the words that since you did not follow this statement, I already wrote a complaint. The girl mumbling that this tariff does not change, in two minutes everything changed and even advised another, more favorable tariff for me.
