Attack of clones YouTube in Russia began?

In short, I stumbled upon a new Web 2.0 startup LoadUp.ru today.
The creators of this claim:

LoadUp is a free service for storing, storing and viewing video files.

Bright colors, tag clouds, ratings, etc. etc. - All chips in place. Only it’s a pity that the developers didn’t add anything of their own to the concept that was ripped off from YouTube .

With all the responsibility, I dare to say that YouTube will try to tear off a piece of the popularity of the sweet cake even a very, very many :-)
