Continuing the construction of the case for 45 screws .
Actually I got into the hands of the most difficult to bend part of the case - the back panel, there are three problems here:
1) Listogibu did not have enough space to capture the lower part of the body and the bending was crooked (it can be seen in the photo above right).
2) The holes for attaching additional cards, in particular the sat of the controllers, were at the bend, and not where I expected to see them.
3) There is a place where the back panel is cut in half and there is a terrible gap, you will have to finish welding or fasten it to an additional socket.

Preface.

To begin with, I phoned all the companies that are engaged in our city in the laser cutting of metal and bending it flexibly. It turned out that a project in the Autocad format is needed, the original backblaze project was made in in solidwors. I found a designer who gave me a project in AutoCAD for a small amount. I decided to give the order to the Sibselmash plant, they had my brain for a long time, and in the end they had the courage to say that they already had production loaded and they were not up to me (echoes of the Soviet Union are felt.). I sent the project to the rest of the companies, Thermostraft turned out to be the quickest , great respect to their technical director Pavel. The estimated cost of the case came out 4200 rubles, steel two millimeter. Painting with the cheapest polymer, free of charge for the first time, generally costs less than 300 rubles. To be honest, I really wanted to go with the camera to the production, to see how the laser cuts my body, and how they work on the sheet bending machine, but unfortunately both production are quite far from the city and could not go, I will try to find time in the future and upload the video.

Total prototype was cut and bent, not without jambs of course. I liked the perfectly smooth edges of laser cutting, I thought that they would be sharp and I would cut about them.

It is also worth noting that the metal was chosen too thick, it was necessary to take 1.5 mm or even one, but this will be in the next case.
