Bridge to Success. Tomsk-2011
We invite you to take part in the conference / start-up competition “BRIDGE to SUCCESS. Tomsk-2011 ”, which will be held May 24-25, 2011 in Tomsk as part of the XIV Innovation Forum.
Conference “BRIDGE to SUCCESS. Tomsk-2011 is aimed at establishing effective business contacts between start-ups, active investors and mentors. Sponsors and partners of the event established prizes for the winners of the start-up competition, including participation in the six-week Startup Sauna Intensive program in the Aalto Venture Garage incubator (Helsinki).

More than 30 startups are expected to participate in the competition, primarily from the regions participating in the “Association of Innovative Regions of Russia” (Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk, Kaluga region, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Mordovia, the Perm Territory). Conference working languages are Russian and English.
On May 24, master classes will be held with the participation of serial entrepreneurs and investors.
Preliminary topics of master classes:
May 25 will be a presentation of projects, and a jury of investors and mentors will announce the winners of the competition.

- Presentation of the project to a potential investor (key points), the mechanism of interaction with investors, venture companies.
- Intellectual property protection.
- Market environment of the project, market entry strategies (B2B and B2C).
- Typical strategic mistakes of START-UP projects.
May 25 will be a presentation of projects, and a jury of investors and mentors will announce the winners of the competition.

- Information technology, telecommunications and electronics including technology 3D visualization and television.
- Biotechnology and pharmaceuticals incl. industrial biotechnology.
- Alternative energy and environmental technologies in t.ch. all related technologies and solutions.
- Instrument engineering, incl. medical devices.
- Internet projects including online communication and entertainment.
