Work.ua - 5 years. A little bit about how we lived them and what we achieved

Today we celebrate the birthday of Work.ua , which many deservedly call the leading job site in Ukraine. 5 years ago, few people believed in such success.

Now the site is visited daily by more than 100 thousand users, we have collected the largest resume database in Ukraine, and more than 1,500 new vacancies are published daily. Work.ua is often called the most effective site for finding work and staff.

What have we done to achieve this result? What were these 5 years for us? The answer may be infinitely long, but we will try to invest in 5 theses. So these were:

• 5 years of continuous development
  We have a list: "What can be done on the project." We constantly write there all the ideas and as soon as we finish the development of some ideas, we select the following from the list - the most necessary and useful ones, and we start to make them. And so 5 years.
  
• 5 years of innovation
  We are constantly inventing something to make the site more convenient and efficient. Often, our ideas are then used by others, and we are glad that we set standards.
• 5 years of steady growth
  We did not strive to be big, we strived to be the best. We did not “pump up” the site with traffic and did not “sit down” to purchase SEO links, we fought for the quality of the service. And now the third year we double attendance.
• 5 years of user care
  Every day we check several thousand vacancies and resumes, block spam, check the authenticity of companies, respond to hundreds of feedback letters and calls.
• 5 years of love for his work
  And what can you say, we love our work!

Summing up, we can confidently say: “We are pleased with the results that the site has achieved in 5 years. But there are still many plans ahead and we will not rest on our laurels. ”
