And if something became known about this project to the public already in the mid-90s, and two years ago it was covered in some detail in the magazine New Scientist, then about his “colleague” named Smart Non-Lethal Bullets (Smart Non-Lethal Bullets) we learned quite recently. This weapon, if it can be said at all about a weapon, is much more humane than a gay bomb and its only task is to make the enemy laugh to stomach cramps. The bullet consists of a soft shell, easily broken upon impact with the body or any other obstacle, and the laughing gas contained in it. At the same time, the effect of this substance is so strong that even a hefty bruise will be able to cheer a soldier, which will most likely remain from the blow.
After the project, which absorbed $ 100,000 of budget money, was closed due to great doubts as to whether a bullet fired from a rifle at close range could be non-lethal at all, which gave rise to his company Agentai began developing its counterpart, only with a larger caliber. The RASP (Safe Missile Projectile) should already work for a wider audience, infecting all of the territory within a certain radius of its fall. The fate of this brainchild of humanists in the form of khaki is still unknown.
