A solemn presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S2 smartphone and the long-awaited tablets of the Galaxy Tab line with 8.9 and 10.1- inch screens took place in Moscow today. All new items finally reached Russia, and we managed to make a small video about them:
The new flagship of Samsung , equipped with a dual-core Exynos processor with a frequency of 1.2Ghz, will go on sale tomorrow. Let me remind you that the weight of the novelty is only 116 grams with a 4.3 inch screen.

The tablets will begin to be sold on the Russian market this summer. Galaxy Tab 10.1 model will appear in the second half of June, and its 9-inch brother for 2-3 weeks later. According to the company, the price of new products will be commensurate with the prices of competitors at the time of sale.
As for our impressions of the first acquaintance with the new Samsung tablets, they turned out to be very positive. Right on the stand, we managed to test the impenetrable screen coating ( Gorilla Glass ) for strength, and also to take a glimpse of TouchWiz , the company's proprietary interface, modified for Honeycomb tablets.
Speaking of iron stuffing devices, I would like to note that both tablets work on the dual-core platform Nvidia Tegra 2 , and the screen resolution is 1280 by 800 pixels. The manufacturer managed to make the case thin and light, despite the fact that the batteries were installed sufficiently capacious (6800 and 6000mAh).
