HP has released a Wi-Fi mouse

So, HP has decided to surprise their customers, and released WiFi Mobile Mouse - a wireless Wi-Fi mouse. The device is positioned as the first "rodent", which works with Wi-Fi. By the way, haven't such mice really been released before, and is this really the first pointing device with Wi-Fi?

So, to connect this mouse to a laptop, which is quite logical, you do not need any additional receivers that will not stick out very nicely from USB, for the mouse to work, the laptop or computer must be equipped with a Wi-Fi module. Connecting some Wi-Fi devices is dancing with a tambourine, but HP promises that you can connect a mouse in just a few clicks after installing the appropriate software.

The mouse will be active at a distance of up to 10 meters from the computer or laptop, plus the manufacturer promises 9 months of work without recharging. I don’t know how true the last statement is, but it would be really nice if such a wireless mouse worked long enough. In addition, for the convenience of the user, five programmable buttons have been added, each of which can be assigned a separate function. The mouse, in addition, is suitable for both left-handers and right-handers, it is symmetrical.

It is a pity that such a mouse cannot be connected to the communicator - although, perhaps, after the device appeared on the market, the craftsmen will create specialized software for working with such a mouse. By the way, it should appear in June of this year, and the cost of a Wi-Fi mouse is $ 50. In general, not so much, if we consider that some Bluetooth mice are sold even more expensive.
