Today, by chance I came across a page with a
story of doodles . I looked into Doodle History and found a doodling contest for schoolchildren there, called, you guessed it, 'Doodle 4 Google'

And how many participants?
Last year, about 20,000 schools participated in this event, and more than 33,000 have already participated in this year. The number of works from young artists exceeded 107,000.

In the competition, the works are divided into 4 age groups:
- K-3 students
- Students 4-6 classes
- Students 7-9 grades
- Students grades 9-12
Where to see? I want to vote!
Each visitor to the
page can vote for one job in each age group. The contest will run until May 13, 23:59 (UTC -8). The award ceremony will be held on May 19th. And of course, the main winner will be sure to be on the main page of Google on May 20.
What awaits the winners?
- The main prize is $ 15,000, which the young artist can use for his choice, a laptop, a digital drawing tablet, a T-shirt with his own doodle, a trip to Google’s office in New York. The winner’s school will receive a grant of $ 25,000.
- The remaining 3 finalists will receive $ 5,000 each, a T-shirt with their own doodles, a trip to Google’s office in New York
- 40 regional winners will receive a ticket to the Google office in New York, a T-shirt with their own doodles, their work will be exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art.
- 400 winners will receive T-shirts and certificates of winners.

The special guests (i.e. judges) include celebrities such as Whoopi Goldberg, Michael Phelps, Jim Davis and
others .
