Conflicts with Webmoney.

The company in which I work, had experience with webmoney for the conclusion of the contract with the legal entity. It all started with a call to the support service to clarify the documents that they need to submit for the execution of the contract. On the same day, we sent all the documents, put WM Keeper, got all the IDs, wallet numbers and so on. and waited for the promised contract. The next day, nothing came, they called - we were asked to duplicate the letter. Again, nothing ... and so every day for one and a half weeks. As a result, she called swearing, sent again, called to make sure that the letter was seen. They promised to send the contract right away ... waited for 3 days, called reminded me and “hurray” came the contract! I opened it - I almost fell off my chair ... I need to fill in everything that I sent to them ... In my opinion the mockery is complete. No customer orientation. I will send everything on Monday ... and I hope someday I will sign this agreement ...
A few days later, I called. We received a contract, but it turned out that it was necessary to fill out and send another set of documents ...
