Subscribe.ru alive or not?

I tried this morning early to prepare the issue of distribution and could not. Server Subscribe.ru is unavailable. I do not understand anything. I am trying to get to the server from my work computer - the same story.
Or maybe the problem is only with me or someone is also suffering? How to check?

In such situations, when the public site is unavailable, information should appear somewhere about this. The service has millions of users, and no one knows anything and remains in ignorance, not knowing where to find out the reason.
