You can create a new login and open a new account under this login.



If you want to delete an old account, you can delete mail on Yandex, in this case, the login will be blocked, and no one will be able to log in under it. However, this login will not be released for re-registration and the money can still be credited to the account.



In addition, you can write an application for closing the account and submit it personally in our office or notarize the signature and send it by mail. In this case, it will not be possible to transfer money to a closed account, but this will not allow a new account to be tied to a login.

Why can I send a recovery code to my phone, but not by mail? Do you think that your mail is more accessible to an attacker than my mobile?

The comments explain that this is for better security. If they take the mail away, they will get access to the money. Okay.



But in my case, you can reset the password! There was not a single account transaction, it was never used. All this can be seen, if you look at the history of operations (probably). But no one wants to strain, apparently.

I will not do that. Now the desire to use this poison service disappeared altogether.

Friends, the discussion slipped into password recovery. And I would like to emphasize that I was not going to recover the password - I don’t need it! I need this account at all.

I need a second chance to get an account, set the correct password and start using I-D.
