But there are certain laws regulating dog walking ... The idea is to create a hosting service for photo / video / audio confirmations of offenses posted anonymously.

With a certain promotion of the service, he has chances to interest the law enforcement agencies.

The easiest thing here will be, of course, for the traffic police. On the records you will see the car numbers and no special search work is necessary. There is a video of the violation and all the information. Know yourself - write the minutes and complete your list of solved cases.

And a particular employee is good: +1 matter in his personal statistics, and is useful for society.
