Opera in Belarus

In Belarus, we are not very often, unfortunately, so I am glad to announce that at the DevConf.Mobi 2011 conference starting in Minsk, Opera Software will take part in the person of two employees: Ilya Shpankov (development manager in Russia and the CIS) and Alexey Khlebnikov (Core Developer). The conference will be held in Minsk on April 29 and 30, at ul. Nekrasov 20 (Academy of Postgraduate Education). We will talk about how things are going with the mobile Internet in Belarus, what advantages and disadvantages exist in mobile development. Well, just invite our Belarusian users to talk over a cup of tea on the sidelines of the conference.
