Algorithms: search for chemical compounds, the task of ranking and analysis of genomes

At 11:15, Mikhail Rybalkin (POMI RAS and GGA Software Services) will talk about a substructural search for chemical compounds in data bases . At 1:00 pm Igor Kuralyonok (St. Petersburg State University and Yandex) will make a report on the practical application of machine learning methods . Finally, at 2:35 pm, Maxim Alekseev (University of South Carolina) will talk about combinatorial problems and algorithms for comparative analysis of genomes .
