It would be strange not to notice that recently the ideas of e-government are becoming more and more popular in Habré, and the Internet audience has a growing desire to have a real impact on the real life of the country and its fellow citizens. If we combine these trends together , then we come to the idea that e-government needs an electronic people.

These considerations by the invisible hand of the creator, smeared over neurons in our heads and optical fiber networks, unexpectedly resulted in our project together.ru , clumsily, but affectionately called by us “Tughesa”.

It is no secret that the number of Internet users of the RuNet is growing rapidly with each passing year. We are already 40M, and we are not just sitting on social networks, watching youtube and hacking games. We want to use the network to influence real life, the fate of people, events in the country and the world, no matter how pathetic this may sound. And if initially the attempts to organize themselves looked like amusing and meaningless flash mobs, then today RuNet really has the opportunity to do something useful by common forces. There are enough examples.

Such attempts began spontaneously at dirty.ru, but having made a couple of good , useful and even large-scale cases that lit up top runet bloggers and got on television, we realized that a small community of people on the Internet can not just talk, but be real changing the world. Without much difficulty and with great interest doing good.

This is an archive, a museum, an exhibition, a press service, an information hub, and a slightly platform for discussing good deeds.

We planned to coincide with the start of the new campaign - the purchase of equipment for the district hospital in the Kaluga region, but we didn’t have time for it.
