Intensive holidays

We have hot news for all authors of projects and technologies in Russia and Ukraine: Glavstart announces the recruitment of the summer season “Intensive Vacations” for authors of prototypes and projects at the idea stage.

Working holidays? For 2 months, from June 25 to August 25, in a nice mansion, not far from Moscow, project authors will develop ideas for their projects in a friendly and stimulating working atmosphere. The best Runet specialists (not only Glavstart experts, but also specially invited star guests) along with Arkady Moreynis will help them in this.
Who! The participants of the working holidays will be Moscow projects that have passed through Startup Weekend, as well as the authors of the projects that have passed the skype-interview with Arkady Moreynis.
At whose expense? Selected projects Glavstart will give out initial investment for the development of the prototype, which will also cover living expenses and other pleasures of life, under the same conditions as in Y Combinator.
Authors of projects not from Moscow, we will pay all travel expenses.
The result is a prototype of your dream project and proposed investments.
What's the catch? First you need to pass the selection.

The selection will take place at the Moscow Startup Weekend (June 17-19 at the Digital October Center) , where you will, as always, work out the concept and business model of your project with Glavstarart experts and Arkady Moreynis himself.
After the final presentations on Sunday, Arkady Moreynis will select projects that will go with us on an intensive working holiday.

How to get to Startup Weekend?

For authors of projects living in Moscow:

It is necessary to register and send an application-description of the idea at idea@glavstart.ru, receive confirmation from our analysts and - come for a weekend.
In the application for participation you need to tell in your own words: who you are, what your idea is about and what city you are from.

For non-resident authors:

You can qualify and chat with Arkady Moreynis before the weekend. For this you need:

• Send the above application to idea@glavstart.ru and indicate in the subject line of the letter “Preselection”.
• Sign up for skype-interview with Arkady Moreynis, which will be held on the 5th, 13th and 19th of May (details in the mail).
• Pass an interview consisting of 2 levels:
  one). You will have 3 minutes to present your idea, and 5 minutes to questions and comments from Arkady. Then we will give you some time to think about your questions, and welcome to the second stage.
  2). 2 minutes you answer the questions asked and then for 5 minutes listen to the recommendations and advice of Arkady Moreynis about which sides of the idea you should think about before going on a Weekend.
• If your project passes the selection process - we will pay for your journey and accommodation - so you just have to pack a suitcase.
• A small bonus: nonresident project authors can, if they wish, not act on Friday with a presentation of their idea, but get down to work immediately on Saturday.

So, the working model Y Combinator is in action!
