We have long planned to open your blog on Habré. And finally, we have reached our hands. We are dynamically developing and expanding, launching new services, improving existing ones. There is a lot of news, and we realized that we irresistibly want to share them and get feedback from you, your ideas. Actually, this is our main goal of being in Habré.

Recently, we have had two particularly significant events - the launch of the Bank Friends services and the update of the deposit search service. Each of these services is worthy of a separate conversation, but we confine ourselves to one, so as not to waste your time and move on to the specifics.

Service "Friends of Banks"

This service is now in beta, but its main functionality is available to all site visitors. As part of the “Friends of Banks”, our visitors can share their experience with a particular bank, share opinions with other customers, communicate with representatives of banks, learn the latest banking news first hand, and most importantly, put forward ideas that will improve the work of credit institutions .

Currently, 15 banks are participating in the project : Avangard, Project Finance Bank, Binbank, VTB 24, Credit Europe Bank, National Bank Trust, Raiffeisenbank, Renaissance Credit, Russian Standard, Sberbank of Russia, Svyaznoy Bank, Soyuz ”, Tinkoff Credit Systems, Home Credit Bank and UniCredit Bank.

In order to gain access to the customer community of any of the banks listed above, site visitors need to select this credit organization in the settings of their personal profile in the “I am a Customer” column .

After the pilot launch, it became clear to us what is missing for even more comfortable interaction within the framework of this service. And at the moment, our development team under the leadership of Yuri Dibrova is preparing an update of the “Friends of Banks”.

Full update of the Deposit Search Service - Contributions 2.0

The previous version of contributions was developed by us simultaneously with the launch of the site back in 2004. Service all this time remained very popular, but his view is morally obsolete. Therefore, employees of the technical department of Banki.ru actually re-designed this service .

Search form Contributions 2.0

First of all, the interface of the search page, deposit cards and deposit announcements in bank cards was updated. This simplifies the search form. We also significantly expand the list of information collected on deposits. In the near future, visitors to the portal will receive information about the possibility of early closing of deposits, opening them through internet banking, more detailed than now, information on depositing and partial withdrawal of funds, etc. In addition, from now on all bets on one deposit are displayed as tables on one page, before each bet was shown as a separate card.

In addition to these innovations, we have created a new data storage, administration and archiving system. This made it possible to increase the speed of the search for deposits and to update the information even more quickly.

Approximately in this form we will do a section on the search for loans later.

We are confident that the new services will help our visitors to feel comfortable in the difficult Russian financial market, and the banks, in turn, will establish constructive contact with their existing and potential customers and thereby improve the quality of service.
