In contact welcomes foreign users!

As we can all see, captcha with Cyrillic, but the whole interface is in English. This begs the question, is “V Kontakte” drawn up and localized, if the captcha is open to the trolls of foreign users? What is the problem to use the default captcha? How could even the idea to make a captcha with Cyrillic could come to mind, or is it an elegant knight's move against captcha recognition? :)

PS It is more convenient for me in the English interface, but I did not expect to see the combination “English interface + Russian captcha” at all.
