Dvice.com mocks the new night vision system for pilots

Without any doubt, pilots of military and passenger aircraft need different systems and devices that, as it were, complement their pilots' own senses. However, some of these systems are very cumbersome, although probably very effective. Recently, the company SA Photonics introduced a new night vision system for pilots, which, despite all its might, is clearly not among the most practical. It may be comfortable to wear it on your head, but a similar system looks like something funny.

The manufacturing company claims that the High Resolution Night Vision System (HRNVS), as the system is called, allows you to see almost everything the pilot needs, while the device is fairly light. Among other things, the system is equipped with a recording system, so that you can shoot and video, and just a photo. The area available for observation is significantly expanded using such a system, since the HRNVS has a much wider viewing angle than human vision.

In general, all this is very good, but still the appearance of the system, as they say, “delivers”. Apparently, the authors of DVICE were so pleased with what they saw that they created even a rather funny cartoon on all this device.
