This summer, Qiwi payment service
is going to launch a project in commercial operation that will allow paying for goods from Qiwi-wallet.
The store teller will ask the customer for a phone number, form and send a unique USSD request with “accept” or “reject” items. The first option is to pay for the purchase and debit the required amount from the Qiwi-wallet. Negotiations on the use of electronic money for payment are conducted with a number of catering chains, pharmacy chains, retailers, etc.
Negotiations on this score leads and Webmoney, although there are no projects ready for launch yet. The fact is that it is not yet clear how convenient it is to pay people.

The account owner's identifier is usually a mobile phone number, and in order to withdraw money from an electronic account, you need to perform certain manipulations with the phone - for example, send sms. Although everyone has mobile phones, this may not be the most convenient option.
By the way, the idea of using mobile phones instead of plastic cards has proved its viability in countries where full mobile telephones have occurred before the complete transition of ordinary citizens to non-cash circulation. For example, in the affluent countries of Africa, even without a specialized intermediary, funds from a telephone account can be replenished, withdrawn or transferred to the telephone account of the seller. In the United States and Europe, direct use of the phone as a payment tool, and not a means of communication, is only in its initial stage and often requires the use of smartphones, specialized accessories for them, or does not completely preclude the use of a plastic card.
