Today, they sent me a link
to the news from the site of the official magazine “Yes!”, Which uses a photo of one blogger as an illustration of the news. Naturally, no one asked the blogger for permission to use this photo and, unfortunately, the authors of the news did not consider it necessary to indicate that the
photo belongs to another person and was taken from his blog .
Screenshot of the news (in case the administration deletes the post):

Having learned about all this, I advised to write the site administration and demand to specify the authorship of the photo, with the name and a link to the source, or remove the photo altogether. In spite of the fact that the site administration can catch up and delete the photo or, as it is good, it was necessary to do it earlier, indicate the authorship of the photo, I want the fact of “theft” (it cannot be called otherwise).
I doubt that for such a “offense” it makes sense to sue and demand at least some compensation, although under the GKRF, the use of any author's works can be prosecuted, but I would like more people to know about it and if someone faced with similar, also published this information for all, that the misuse of photos was not hidden, and that major sites, publications and other organizations bore at least some responsibility for their actions.
