List of sites for examination

As a result of the discussion , this blog was created in the comments to the post “What happened to the website of the Skolkovo Foundation in Brief” .

To start a blog to benefit humanity, I propose the following rules for a blog:
  1. In the comments of the first level to this topic, offer to the examination sites created at the expense of taxpayers, as well as simply socially significant (non-commercial) sites.
The format of the comment-suggestions: the first line in bold type is the name of the site, the second line is the address of the site - so that such comments are easy to find with a look.
    For example:
    The Federal Tax Service
    nalog.ru
  2. Every week on Friday, a site is selected for a thorough examination (probably, this is a comment link with the largest number of positives among those not reviewed).
A post-announcement is being created, in the commentary to which it is proposed to lay out their expert opinions.
Everyone who considers himself as such is invited as an expert - in the comments the community will appreciate the quality of expertise :-)
  3. During the week, gathering expert opinions. The owners of the site under study receive them completely free of charge and have a unique opportunity to take advantage of the collective labor of the masters.

As a result, should win: a) habrayuzer, who can finally use their energy for peaceful purposes; b) site owners who can get free advice on how to improve them; c) all citizens of our country (well, and the neighboring ones can be probably?), who will get better online resources.

I would especially like to note that this blog is not intended to be a substitute for RosPil , we do not aim to assess the level of corruption in the development of the site. Our task: to make each site considered better in the interests of ordinary users of these sites.
