The official
website of the WEF (World Economic Forum) published a ranking of countries for IT development in 2010-2011. As expected, Russia was only in the second half of this list.
The Russian Federation was 77 of 138 countries, losing to countries such as Kazakhstan, Jamaica, Kuwait, etc. The leaders, like last year, remain Sweden and Singapore, Finland is in third place, leaving Switzerland and the United States in fourth and fifth places, respectively.

In general, the growth for the year is small, only 3 points. The rating notes that the underdeveloped market and the lack of good legislative regulation have become the worst sides of the Russian Federation.
