Yandex and Google - face to face
The next service that we will consider, in the series of articles by Yandex and Google - face to face , will be a news aggregator. It would seem, what is there to compare? News, they are in Africa news. But this is precisely one of the major differences between news feeds from Yandex and Google. For example, Google allocates Alerts to a separate service — in fact, this email subscription is a newsletter from the topics of interest to you. Yandex does not make this highly dedicated service out of it, just as part of the news feed there is a similar subscription to receive news.
But Google has its own zest. This is a recently launched version of viewing news with pictures, as announcements of news stories. It turns out that you are flipping through a magazine, and in the right frame of the page it’s beautiful and “web-devolno”, the text annotations to news stories are flipped through. Funny, but no more. Also, Google has recently offered a search on news archives. Aghinuzhnaya, I will tell you the thing, tavagischi! For example, it was very cool and nostalgic for me to read this 2001 news.

There is no such feature in Yandex yet. But it seems to me that one should expect the appearance of such functionality in Yandex.News. I even came up with a name for this service: “Yandex.Starsty”
