Starting today, July 1, advertising messages can not contain the value specified only in foreign currency. Be sure to specify the price of the product or service in rubles.
The official statement says the following:
In accordance with the Federal Law of 12.04.2007 No. 48- “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” from July 01, 2007, Art. 7 of the Federal Law “On Advertising” is supplemented with clause 7.1. as follows:

“7.1. In advertising goods and other objects of advertising, cost indicators should be indicated in rubles, and if necessary, may additionally be indicated in foreign currency. ”
