DC Megafon or hosting in Russian

Meanwhile, the data center is open and even provides some services. Let us try to compare with what is already on the market.
Information about the services is presented in the best traditions. There are Kolo, there are Dedik, Virtualka and even Sasy with clouds, except that the price tags for this, excluding Virtualka, did not mean shame. Or maybe they are not used to looking at prices and do not even know about the existence of this attribute in the product? Who knows ... just remember the common gas and "dreams that come true", but obviously not here.
But I digress. On the virtual servers there is a sign from which it is clear that Windows is used as the OS. Is it possible to deploy a normal Internet site on this? I doubt it, but let's compare at least the price level. I will compare with OVZ-6 from fastvps.ru where I have been sitting for the second year already. And so the OVZ-6 config: 1700 Mhz, 16 GB hard, 600 MB of RAM under OpenVZ for 824 rubles, we get a perfectly working server with root access. What comes out at Megaphone ?

2678 rubles for another unknown as a working server, with some unknown technical support (and we remember about the RAM bar, right?). For this money in fastvps.ru you can take not a virtual machine, a whole Dedik. On OVZ-6, I have seven sites on nginx + php-fpm + mysql + memcached, postfix + dovecot in total, consuming 230-300 MB without any problems or failures. And what would happen on the virtual machine from Megaphone is still a big question.
With what conditions is no adequate person, evaluating their investments, or when there will not appear. I would like to ask what is this pricing policy at all? It seems that this is "flexible solutions for your business."
