IT-portfolio: we are in open beta!

IT-Portfolio Logo Let me briefly remind you that the IT portfolio is LinkedIn for the IT industry. The project allows you to create an analogue of a fully functional home page as easy as a profile on a social network. The main feature is the focus on projects in which the user participated at work or for themselves.

We prepared for an open beta longer than we planned, but we managed to do some things that we didn’t have before. In this post I want to talk about the latest innovations and distribute some invites.

Home pages and all other content on the site can be viewed without registration, but we decided that you can create an account only by an invite from an existing user. Naturally, there are few invites =). This will bring together a really good community. And I want to note that for users who have subscribed earlier through the form on the site to notify about the exit of the project, and Habr's readers who will do it in the next couple of days, we will give invites! But in turn.

The second innovation concerns the projects that users are talking about on the site - we added Facebook-Like and VKontakte “I Like” buttons to them.

The third innovation also concerns projects. This is an opportunity to invite people to a project in which you participate or have participated. After all, most projects are done by the team. To do this, you must have an invitee in colleagues on the site or know his e-mail. Then even if it is not on the site, it can register using the user’s invite.

I will say right away that we will periodically restore the invites at first, if you invite good users to the site who fill out your profile and create a portfolio, rather than being a dead weight.

Request an invite by link . If you really can not wait to touch the project, then write in the comments - I will send in a personal.
