The unofficial "release" of CentOS 5.6

Before the 6th release, Centos updated the 5th branch, to version 5.6
Fixed bugs, support for new equipment, updated PHP 5.3 and BIND 9.7 packages

Without a headache, you can update through standard repositories.
The developers are asked to refrain from updating the working systems of the previous version within a week, since not all the Mirors have been updated yet. The official release will be with the update of all the worlds.

As well as arguing that 18% of CentOS users are still sitting on the 4th branch of the operating system, on March 3rd the latter was updated to version 4.9.

Just do not be surprised, the name of the images is not renamed and still bear the version number 4.8.

CentOS 6 is promised to be available two to three weeks after release 5.6
