April 19 in St. Petersburg will be the fourth meeting of the Apple Developers Community.
In each meeting, we pursue one goal - the development of those who are already developing for the iPhone and iPad, as well as attracting new developers. To implement it, we collect monthly meetings aimed at obtaining theoretical and practical knowledge.

The subject of the fourth meeting: memory management . The speakers will be:
Denis Margolin will start meeting with his report “ PostPC world ”. The topic is very relevant, as the tablets are penetrating deeper and deeper into our life just as personal computers used to do. Tens of millions of iPads sold and a list of manufacturers who want to bite off at least a small piece of profit from Apple.
Denis is the director of DataArt’s mobile business.
After the speech, Denis, whose report is rather theoretical, will be delivered by Stanislav Krasnoyarov , whose topic is directly practical, and perhaps the most anticipated of all. Almost all of our developers wanted to know about finding memory leaks using Instruments in gamedev, even at Habré were asked to tell about it. And, fortunately, we found Stanislav, competent in this matter, who is happy to share his knowledge.
Stanislav is a development team leader with 10 years of experience.
For dessert, an expert in mobile application development at DataArt, Gregory Buteyko, will tell you how to work with memory without the help of Instruments - 100% lack of memory and resource leaks in projects of any size and complexity. Gregory always pleases us with interesting and useful reports and speaking on such a topic will clearly not be an exception.
Even our meeting will be “visited”, probably, by the most famous gadget of our time - iPad 2 . All participants will have the opportunity to evaluate this controversial device brought from the states on a coffee break.
Our meetings are gathering more and more developers and we do not want to stop there. At the next meetings, we plan to make a teleconference with Moscow and in the future we will expand our geography, attracting developers from all regions of Russia.
At the moment, our experts are creating a database of potential speakers. What is it for? The system is simple. A few weeks before the meeting, we send topics to our speakers, and they, in turn, respond if they consider themselves competent in this matter. Therefore, the more speakers will be in the database, the greater will be our brain library. We are sure that there are many talented Apple developers on Habré and we hope that they will somehow get in touch with us.
And of course, we are waiting for all Apple developers on April 19 in the Ingria business incubator.
