Exactly 17 years ago, in 1994, the first Russian national domain .RU appeared. This event marked the beginning of Runet as (approximately :) as we know it today.

Of course, a holiday without gifts is not a holiday. For the 17th anniversary of the zone, we have prepared 99 free registrations of the .RU domain specifically and exclusively for Habr users. As always, to identify worthy, we will hold a small competition. Conditions are simple:
