"Student" and "For Home" - it is prohibited to use for commercial purposes, only for experiments, personal sites and free services. Grew into something bigger - move.
"Small business" - the restriction is on traffic. For example, if traffic went beyond 1TB per month, then the company can easily afford a server.

For God's sake, remember how many useful sites began life with free hosting!
