
Facebook has launched a new
section on its social network that can help journalists use the service, for example, as a tool for publishing articles and public relations.
A page called “Journalists on Facebook” has already gathered more than 5,300 participants. The creators promise that "This page will become a resource for young journalists who use Facebook to find news sources, contact their readers and publish articles." Also promises an increase in traffic of more than 300%.
