Micromanagement. The boss is trying to control your every action all the time, pointing you to the “right” way, how to do it “correctly” according to flexible methodologies, but in fact you know that this “right” is not so good, because you have experience more than your boss.
Your best offers are rejected. You insist on a complete transformation of the workflow and the transition to advanced technology to double the productivity of the team, but your boss just does not want to hear about it.
Your colleagues are incompetent. Colleagues are so incompetent that it simply prevents the launch of the product. Even when you try to point out their problems to them, they simply don’t understand it.
You are accused. Colleagues are so jealous of your abilities that they are trying to isolate you and blame everything that went wrong.
All these signs, it would seem, show that people simply underestimate your talent, but, on the other hand, it may turn out that you just live in your little world, and most likely you can be fired after a few months! Here is the truth, which you can simply not understand now:
