Error in HabraWiki

This morning I decided to create an interesting blog on Habré, but something strange happened ... I didn’t find the “Create New” button on the blogs page, and I remembered exactly that it was there (although I never created new blogs - the existing ones were missing from head). It puzzled me. But then I clicked for help , went to " Team Blogs " and read

Blogs can only be created by people with karma greater than> = 2.

I looked at my karma: we grabbed it, but the button did not grow back ... Then I read the certificate on karma , and found the following

create a new collective blog - karma> 5

Please correct how to correct.

I myself would be happy, but firstly I do not know where it is true, and secondly - I have insufficient karma to rule HabraWiki.

Also, while writing this topic, I stumbled upon the weirdness of the WYSIWYG topic editor: select the text, click on the insert link, then we understand that we don’t need the link and click “Cancel”. We get an inappropriate error message error "This is not a URL." (Firefox 2.0.0.4)
