Well, let's talk about the news. Are they needed on Habré, are they everywhere? Anyone who has tried to filter the news of other resources will surely say - of course they are needed! And he will be right. But donations will not work here and the PAP will work here. Yes, my wife convinced me that the PPA has its own niche. Yes, the authors will chase rating and sensations, but this does not interfere with the existence of a parallel system of promotion of specialized articles.
