Google Workshop at MIEM

Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics continues the traditional series of educational seminars from leading IT companies in the world. On April 5, at 5:00 pm, a Google seminar will begin in the assembly hall of the main building.

The program of the event includes performances by Mike Daychik (Technical Program Manager, Moscow R & D, Google Russia) and Danila Kornev (Technical Program Manager, Developer Relations, Google Russia).

Topics of the seminar:

• "Google Dev Platform" - an introduction to the Google platform for developers. Overview of technologies for developing web applications (Google Web Toolkit), to create cloud systems (GAE, Prediction APIs, etc.), to create mobile applications using Android.
• “Google App Engine - Deep-dive” - creation of cloud systems based on the Google App Engine platform.
• “Google Efforts in startup ecosystem in Russia” - how the innovation ecosystem was created in Silicon Valley, its current state; how Google helps develop an innovation ecosystem in Russia.
• “Google for Engineers” - how to get to work at Google.
