Answering the question in the comments to the post “How does a PHP programmer work in Sweden” on how to find a job in Sweden.
And so, I would conditionally divide the job search maths into passive and active. With a passive search, we go to specialized websites and look for open jobs.
Manpower.se and
www.stepstone.se are the best resources for finding a job in Sweden, but in our case it is better to not find
www.elanit.se , as they specialize in IT. All of these web pages are partially English.

You can also search the database of state. employment services
www.arbetsformedlingen.se/platsbanken , although this option is more likely for those who are already in Sweden, has papers and has passed at least an elementary level in a language school.
But it is best to look for work actively. Reference catalogs such as gulasidorna.eniro.se or
www.hitta.se/branscher can be used for this.
Find the contact information of the company on your profile, go to the web page (as a rule, everyone has it) and regardless of whether there are open vacancies or not, just send them a resume. You will be surprised how often companies respond.
Of course, if you are on the spot, the chances are much higher, but still, for IT, the probability is high. To improve the situation, say something like in the letter:
"Hello, my name is so and so, I can do this and that. I am going to move to Sweden and I will be grateful if you consider my resume for a job that corresponds to my qualifications, with obviousness."
Be sure to include all sorts of international certification and experience abroad, if any.
Have a good search, and remember the chances are there!
