Something that is trying to get rid of in any industry - microbes, dust, mold and moisture - the
Canadian scientists decided to adopt.
A drawing from a nutrient solution is applied to the board, irrigated with mushroom spores.
The matrix grows along the solution, forming 90 – nanometer tracks.
Then the mushrooms are irrigated with a solution of water mixed with metals dissolved in it.
Then the matrix is dried, and the fibrous structure of the board is obtained according to a predetermined current-carrying circuit.
with smooth bends - which significantly reduces the noise from interferences between tracks.
The technology does not allow making too miniature boards, but the cost of manufacturing is 30% less than similar etching technologies.
