User research and involvement (Dmitry Satin's lecture at the Higher School of Economics)

The lecture was held on March 16, 2011 in the framework of open lectures of the professional retraining program “Management in the field of e-business and Internet projects” of the Graduate School of Business Informatics, HSE.

It seems to me that this is one of my best lectures. Successfully came together: a grateful audience, my enthusiasm and material rehearsed many times :) It’s a pity that the recording is almost unheard of how the audience reacts - her sighs, ahs and laughter kept me in a state of "flow."
