The new
Amazon Cloud Drive service will allow users to store 5 GB of data for free, which can be downloaded via a browser or via a stand-alone client for Maca and Windows. Amazon considers storage of music as the main use case, so Amazon Cloud Player is also released (embedded in the
Amazon MP3 application, currently available only on Android).
The only disappointment is that at the moment the service is not working in Opera.

- You can store not only mp3 or aac (DRM-files will not load), but also videos, pictures and any documents.
- If you bought mp3 from Amazon - they will not be taken into account in the amount of stored files
- If you bought albums from Amazon - you will be given another 20 GB for 1 year
- A space in excess of 5 GB can be purchased ($ 20 for 20 GB, $ 50 for 50 and $ 100 for 100, and another $ 1000 for a terabyte :)
