What's happening?

The people who use Allofmp3.com, what has happened to them lately? For a whole month they don’t give (at least to me) the opportunity to replenish the account (not only with a credit card, but also everything else), or even to download anything. At the same time, the site urges to buy compositions, promising to give a discount for this until mid-January. How to understand all this?
