A little more than a week we tested a slim and stylish smartphone from Sony Ericsson - XPERIA Arc . During this time, we managed to dig in it and check how it copes with the daily tasks of a modern phone. I must say that, compared to last year, the company did serious work on the bugs and chose a more correct approach to Google phones. Read more in the review without rules:
First, Arc is the first Sony Ericsson smartphone that runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread , and at the same time demonstrates excellent speed. Like the other new products presented by the company, the flagship operates on the Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 1GHz platform with the Adreno 205 video chip. ')
According to the manufacturers, this bundle was chosen as the most productive for games and multimedia applications. And also it is optimal for energy consumption. Xperia Arc works with a fairly active use of the day, well, and if you save, then the battery will last for two days.
Well, of course, one of the main advantages of the device is its design. The slim body and large and bright display from Sony look very stylish. In addition, the screen is closely adjacent to the glass, and it creates the feeling that you touch the image itself with your finger.
The disadvantages of the case include a plastic back cover and a power button located on the top. It is so small that it will be very difficult to get through it without training. And of course, the lack of a front camera is a little upsetting, but it had to be abandoned in favor of the design of the smartphone. With such a thickness of the case, it simply did not fit, and manufacturers had to exclude it.
But the rear camera of the device is equipped with a Sony 8.1 megapixel matrix called Exmor R. The matrices of this technology are used in Sony photo equipment and have a very high sensitivity, which allows you to take photos and videos in low light, leaving the quality at a decent level.
