Fixber: select testers for the project

Today we have updated FIXber - a software testing services platform and all those interested are invited to familiarize themselves with new improvements.
For my part, I can say that one of the interesting improvements is the opportunity for customers to select and invite testers to their project, based on their experience, knowledge and skills.

1. Improving the quality of project information submission
Now, after viewing the details of the project, the tester will get a complete picture of what the customer wants to get:
- list of requirements
- a list of what not to test,
- A list of required work on testing.
As a result, the number of bugs for which failures come is greatly reduced.
2. Customer activity in the project
When a new customer appears on the site with a project, it is not at first completely clear what can be expected from it.
To assess the activity of such customers on the details page of the project we have placed the information block “customer activity”.
This information is available to all testers and will help determine when to start getting bugs on the project, how many bugs the customer has already bought, when he last checked the activities of testers for his project, etc.
3. Expense management
Each customer can see in detail all his financial transactions:
- when was the account replenishment,
- when and what bugs were spent money
- when and for which bugs were approved failures.
All write-offs and accruals of finance are now in one place and in an accessible form.
4. Demo for trial and error
Demo access is an exact copy of the system, designed to work out their skills in using the site, to become fully familiar with the new functionality and, in general, here you can do whatever you want.
5. Selection of testers for the project
After adding the project to the site, the customer can select potential testers for it and invite them to the project.
The block for the selection of testers is located on the project details page and is available by default for any active project.
The availability of fields for the selection of testers is determined by the amount of finance in the customer’s personal account. The minimum functionality becomes available in the presence of 500 rubles on the account, and all functionality is fully available at 5000 rubles.
Sending invitations to testers is absolutely free, but is possible only once within one project added to the site.
This is the first version, which will gradually take into account more and more selection options.
