YouTube Create, or talking robots

A new section has been launched on YouTube - www.youtube.com/create

Now you can create animated videos voiced by synthesized voices and place them on the video hosting.

The idea is realized with the help of YouTube partners, who now do not always cope with the workload. I was not able to place the video on the channel after its creation and preview preview.
