The post has matured due to recent changes in the tax legislation of Ukraine, and the introduction of a monthly personal income tax report (even empty) and I think many have seen queues:
and friends asked to shed light on such a thing as electronic reporting and whether it should bother. Definitely worth it. (I would be stupid in such a queue)
So that's what you need to submit reports to the tax e-mail.
Three stages:
1) Contract
Standard agreement with the tax inspectorate in two copies, download

Taking the contract, filling out and printing it, put it in the daddy, as the first thing in the quest.
2) Certificates
We need to purchase certificates, our electronic signature. For an individual, 1/2 of the certificate is required (the signature of the entrepreneur and if the seal is registered and her) for the Legal entity 2/3 of the certificate (Director's signature, seal and if the accountant is registered, then his). Keys usually cost a little more than $ 10 per thing for a year.
And so, we decided that we are a physical person, we need one certificate. Now you need to decide on a certification center. Everything is simple :) though they say that there are 5 of them, but in fact, without a problem (that is, suddenly you will not cease to receive reports due to the fact that the center has lost accreditation or any other catch)
- The USTC (Ukrainian Certification Center) is our choice ... at the moment the most problematic and convenient certificates are due to the fact that they are covered by the former / current ones represent the tax department.
- IVK - problem
- MasterKey - problematic (they say they have lost accreditation, but continue to sell certificates ... although in fact they were good certificates)
- Employment Center Certificates - Problem
- some other ... I don't remember.
So I think we and the certification center have chosen. We collect a
set of documents and go to the representative.
By the way, certificates can be made anywhere, in any city of Ukraine where there is a representative office,
here are some of them.

- Representative offices can offer services for the formation of an application for certificates (hryvnia 100+ ($ 12.5))

Now we also have certificates ... the second item in the quest. Now you can go to the tax office and enter into an agreement with it (just to give the signature to the necessary office) you will be asked for certificates, you call your TIN - and they can pull out your keys (open part) from the database or bring them on the carrier.
3) Program
And so ... we have a contract and there are certificates. Now we need to sign something, namely the reports ...
To create a report and it was the right structure, we need a program in which we will generate reports.

- and one more - a stupid program, updates, mailing to an e-mail about new versions and a minimum of buns (it appears there earlier than on the off site :))
because the program is state-owned and free, then it slows down with large reports and does not know how to sign and send reports itself (it can learn) by
downloading the demo version of Best Zvit (for signing reports and sending them)
After creating the report, we import it into the best-sounding demo (after setting up its mailer: where to send zvit
(sabak) sta.gov.ua + imported certificates of the electronic reporting processing center) and send it. In response, we receive three receipts:
- Report delivered
- Adopted / not accepted at central level
- adopted at district level
the longest in this business are certificates (they can be done in an hour, or they can be done in a week)
