All the functionality is “webdvanol”, that is, all changes are visible immediately, without reloading the page. Since all the functionality in JavaScript is located on a remote server, you do not need to perform any actions in order to use the updated version. For premium accounts (costing $ 5), there is the option of deferred reading, support for mobile platforms and collaboration, in which you will be deducted money for reading your content using Readability.
