Many of the users of VKontakte at least once used to receive votes via SMS, this method is quite simple and does not even require getting up from your favorite chair.
Practically waiting for a monopoly in the field of social networks in Russia, VKontakte started a dishonest game, comprehensive information under the cut.
It just so happened that about 2 months ago VKontakte changed the gateway for processing paid SMS to get votes. The changes, according to my observations, affected only MTS and a short number to receive 10 votes - 2090.

The bottom line is that by sending SMS to number 2090, you receive in response not a 6-character activation code of votes, as Vkontakte assures us:
On the contrary, SMS comes back:
Agree, 24 hours - rather slowly for an instant way to get votes.
The story does not end there. After 24 hours, nothing happens, no SMS with the activation code comes in, VKontakte does not appear, although the money left the balance immediately.
Having visited the site specified in SMS, we are immediately met by a form for contacting technical support.
You can not even try, I waited for an answer for 4 days - silence.
The number indicated in the contacts is either silent or busy.
Thoughts start to appear that they have thrown me, I write a petition with my last strength to VK support for billing and go to sleep.
As was to be expected, the answer to my petition was given almost at night the next day:
To my surprise, there was no limit.
Not everyone knows about the payment technical support, and simply accept the lost money.
So that no one would think that this is an isolated case and it happens to everyone, I’ll attach some proofs:
