In Russia, they can toughen punishment for carders

All over the world, cardership is thriving - many young and not very capable people who are not burdened with moral principles are striving in this area. Naturally, Russia is not lagging behind - after all, it is troublesome to look for a carder, and there are not so many specialists in the Russian Federation who are able to deal with carders. Plus, the punishment for carders in Russia is also not particularly cruel - they will only get involved if the fact of making or selling fake / stolen cards is proven. But everything can change - the other day a new bill was introduced, which provides for toughening of the legislation on carders.

The strictest article in the new bill involves punishing the attacker by depriving him of his liberty and money - if the bill is passed, carters will be imprisoned for grave offenses for 8 years with a penalty of 1 million rubles (or will be deprived of income for 5 years - it's not entirely clear , prison, perhaps, the income is going to deprive the poor?).

But the range of punishable "cardere" acts is expanding - so now they will punish not only for making fake cards and distributing them, but also for storage and use. Generally speaking, the existing legislation on carders is quite curious, since in fact, the presence of fake plastic cards from the detainee is not a crime.

When a carder is detained in Russia, law enforcement officers need to prove that the attacker was going to use the cards he found to use for payment, since in most cases the carders say they just collect credit cards.

So far, the notorious bill remains a bill, but soon, as some lawmakers believe, this bill will become law.
